AK-40MGL

AK-40 MGL has been designed by Akdaş Arms to provide for the 6-shot Grenade Launcher need of the Turkish Armed Forces and law enforcement forces. It is lightweight, ergonomically built and practicle to use. Shoulder-fired AK-40MGL Grenade Launcher can be fired with all available low velocity (LV) 40x46 mm and Medium velocity MV 40x51 mm ammunition types (fog, lighting, gas, HE, thermobaric, and training). The 6-round drum magazine that rotates with the push of the helical spring performs the rotational movement. Thanks to its specially designed digital sight system, AK-40MGL can shoot accurately at a distance of up to 800 m using the MV 40x51 mm ammunition. It is a new generetaion Multiple Grenade Launcher that can be targetted easily by means of the 2-position telescopic stock.
